Basic handstand drills

For years I have taught people how to handstand ( and muscle up and lever) and a host of other crossfit functional fitness skills.

I created this course to teach absolute beginners to handstand, whether their output is a good handstand against the wall, or genuinely free standing.

There is a simple observation I need to make.

Once trainees (that’s you btw) get to hold their first free standing handstand for 1 or 2 seconds ( sometimes you do a 20 seconds out of the blue), you abandon all the drills you did to get there.

This course is for you to remind you of the basics you still need to do.

To learn and improve your handstand you need: regular balance training, regular mobility training, and regular specific strength training.
