With my therapist and teacher hat on, wrist injuries do a lot to stop people developing both their handstand , their snatch and moves like the strict muscle up. The “double under” also requires effective wrist mobility.
Every hanging movement from meat hooks, pull ups, toes to bar require hand and grip strength. Whilst I don’t approve, being able to squeeze the life out of the hand of a rival in a seemingly innocent hand shake is a possible plus!
Your wrists and fingers need to be flexible, free of snarls and trigger points, and they need to be effectively strong and resilient.
This course show you, not only the common freely available moves, but also builds in dealing with trigger points and effective ranges of motion.
