Day 1
This was simply a way of disguising 10 minutes of push ups:
max push ups,
10 lunges
4 shuttle runs
Amrap 10 minutes
Day 2
10 snatches
10 goblet squats
10 double unders
amrap 10 minutes
Day 3. Back in the gym
5 power cleans, increasing weight each round so, (bar, 30kg, 40kg, 45kg, 50kg , 55kg to where ever)
