Today’s workout is Strict Cindy, where the pull-ups are strict (no kipping), so it’s 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats amrap ( as many rounds as possible for 20 minutes.
A classic Crossfit workout, but as I’m in a hall way, NO kipping the pull ups (otherwise the bar will come off the wall).
Before that, and almost every day, I do a 1mile jog with my beloved kate, just to support some useful movement (being able to “bug out” is a useful skill in the event of a crisis).
Todays tip, is really a mini lesson on how to squat! Many people don’t really know, so I hope this helps
