Fans of putting turmeric in places other than in the stews and curries, where they belong, have been rebelling. Here is a turmeric recipe from “Andy”
“Here is the ingredients and recipe for turmeric and egg porridge. Single portion 50g oats 100 ml soya milk( or any milk) 3 eggs 1/2 tsp turmeric 1tsp cinnamon 50/75g walnuts(or any nuts) 2 tbsp runny honey Seeds are optional Oats,milk & eggs into pan Stir over low heat until porridge thickens Stir in the turmeric & cinnamon Then stir in walnuts & honey Sprinkle seeds on top”
This meal will give you about 30g carbs,30g protein and 15g of fat.
