DWF: Spag bol and some dumbbell fun.

Combining a one arm dumbbell split jerk with double under’s and a shuttle run is probably the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

We opted for 10 split jerks, 10 double under’s and a shuttle run ( about 60m), Try it as many times as you can in 14 minutes.


Todays food is the “disguised Spag bol”. In this concoction you can hide a multitude of sins. Today I sneaked in a lump of turmeric, some celery and carrots. I also threw in a big pile of herbs from our balcony, THAT I GREW!

Everyone should try and grow something. Its good for the soul.

From a weight management perspective, note how this isn’t a massive pile of pasta, in fact its 36g of dried pasta, which isn’t very much if you were formally used to piles and piles of the stuff. For the sake of your health, the planet, the NHS, learn to treat refined carbohydrate with caution.

Every meal really should be a 40/30/30 split between carbohydrate, protein and fat.
